30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid Deliverly subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Contact our support team from within the app and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
After the 30-day window
Outside of the 30-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
