This Privacy Notice explains how The Branding Architect ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Deliverly (the "Service"), collects and uses personal data. The Branding Architect is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.

- Content data: projects, product links, uploaded images, branding assets.
- Support data: messages, attachments, and correspondence you send us.
- Usage & device data: pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies.
- Analytics data: QR scan and preview link events you generate through the Service.

- To create and maintain your account and provide the Service.
- To generate PDFs, previews, QR codes, and analytics you request.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To secure the Service and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse.
- To improve the product and understand how features are used.
- To send service-related communications and, where permitted, product updates.
3. Legal bases
We process personal data based on: performance of a contract (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (security, product improvement, communications), consent (where required, e.g. optional marketing or non-essential cookies), and legal obligations.
4. Sharing with third parties
- Hosting & infrastructure providers who host our application and database.
- Merchant of Record — Paddle.com: Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record for all paid subscriptions. Paddle handles checkout, payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and related customer service.
- Analytics and support tooling that helps us operate the Service.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. International transfers
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
